Delivery information

We use An Post and DPD to deliver our products.

All deliveries with the exception of items which offer free delivery will require a signature on delivery.

If an item is in stock we will dispatch it for delivery within 2 days of receipt of order. If an item is out of stock we will create a new item and lead time may be up to two weeks. If you are require a definitive delivery date and need to know current lead times, please email me at thewillowwoman@gmail.com

We offer a local pick up service.

There are three bands of delivery costs as follows:

Ireland:
Free Shipping (on certain products)
€5 Flat rate depending on product size and weight
€10 Flat rate depending on product size and weight

UK
€10 Flat rate depending on product size and weight
€15 Flat rate depending on product size and weight
