Weave a round willow basket with Helena Golden Willow Woman at The Séamus Ennis Arts Centre.  Learn about the willow, its growth and harvesting for weaving and create your very own willow basket.

Over the course of the day, you will learn how to weave a round willow basket, suitable for use as a Bread Basket, Bicycle Basket or Fruit Basket.  This course is suited to beginners or to those who wish to practice the techniques involved in the round basket. Fun and learning guaranteed.

All materials and tools provided and each person will finish a round basket to take home as the group will be small to ensure that everyone gets individual attention and support. Straps included for anyone that wants to weave a bicycle basket.
